Cancelling a booking

You can cancel a booking any time before the professional's visit by calling or WhatsApping us at +91 7766026905. We recommend cancelling as early as possible so we can reallocate the professional's time.

Rescheduling

If your preferred date or time no longer works, contact us to reschedule your visit to another available slot.

Refunds

Where a payment has been made in advance for a service that is cancelled before the professional's visit, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on the payment method used.

After a visit has occurred

Once a professional has visited and inspected or carried out work, charges for the inspection or completed work are not refundable, though any concerns about the quality of work will be addressed by our support team.
